JAKARTA – Sinarmas LDA Maritime celebrated its 10th anniversary at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, Jakarta, on Wednesday (17/07/2024). The event commenced with a speech by Sinarmas LDA Maritime CEO Matthieu Lavoine, followed by speeches from Chairman & CEO of Golden Agri-Resources Ltd Franky O. Widjaja, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Louis Dreyfus Armateurs Philippe Louis-Dreyfus, and Ambassador of France to Indonesia, Timor-Leste, and ASEAN Fabien Penone.

Sinarmas LDA Maritime CEO Matthieu Lavoine expressed his pride in the opening speech. Matthieu said, “It is a great honor for me to be here tonight and to welcome you to the Sinarmas LDA Maritime 10 year anniversary gala dinner. Tonight we celebrate 10 years of existence for SLM, 10 years of success for our joint venture, and 10 years of friendship between our shareholders.”

Sinarmas LDA Maritime anniversary celebration was held not only to celebrate the success of Sinarmas LDA Maritime but also to honor all employees who have dedicated their careers to Sinarmas LDA Maritime. On this occasion, Sinarmas LDA Maritime also presented special 10-year Long Service Awards to employees who have worked for 10 years, namely Operation Supervisor from the Liquid & Fuel Department Dedy Setiawan and Deputy GM Finance from the Finance Department Herry Halim.

The celebration began with a touch-the-cube ceremony performed by Sinarmas LDA Maritime CEO Matthieu Lavoine, Executive Director of Golden Agri-Resources Ltd Jesslyne Widjaja, and Chairman of the Executive Board of Louis Dreyfus Armateurs Edouard Louis-Dreyfus. This was followed by a tumpeng cutting ceremony by Chairman & CEO of Golden Agri-Resources Ltd Franky O. Widjaja and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Louis Dreyfus Armateurs Philippe Louis-Dreyfus, presented to Sinarmas LDA Maritime CEO Matthieu Lavoine, CFO of Sinarmas LDA Maritime Han Peng Ch’ng, and COO of Sinarmas LDA Maritime Azis Muttaqien.

Sinarmas LDA Maritime CEO Matthieu Lavoine also conveyed a 10-year vision for Sinarmas LDA Maritime after the ceremonial toast. The event continued with a performance of the song ‘When You Believe’ and ‘Hero’ by Allisa Salwasana from the QHSE Department. There was also a special performance of Betawi Dance by colleagues from various departments, including Human Resources, Ops Dry, Accounting, and Technical. The 10-year celebration event concluded with performances by Guest Star Andien and DJ Una.
