JAKARTA – Sinarmas LDA Maritime (SLM) continues to demonstrate its commitment in supporting social and operational sustainability in the maritime sector. This December, SLM has carried out various important activities that reflect the company’s dedication to innovation, social responsibility, and fleet strengthening. The following is a summary of activities in December 2024:

Donation for Tzu Chi Sinarmas

­Sinarmas LDA Maritime started the month of December 2024 by handing over donations to Tzu Chi Sinarmas. This donation is a form of support for various humanitarian programs run by Tzu Chi, as well as reflecting SLM’s commitment to continue contributing to the welfare of society. See more here.

Year-End Event 2024 at Dunia Fantasi

On Thursday, December 5, 2024, SLM held its Year-End Event 2024 at Dunia Fantasi (Dufan), Jakarta. The event was attended by all employees and began with remarks from SLM CEO, Matthieu Lavoine. The activity continued with an Amazing Race involving teamwork, ending with door prize distribution and free time to enjoy Dufan rides. See more here.

CSR at Panti Asuhan Tebet (Tebet Orphanage): Baking Smiles for Children
On December 8, 2024, SLM together with Tzu Chi Sinarmas held a CSR activity entitled “Baking Smiles for Children” at Panti Asuhan Tebet (Tebet Orphanage), Jakarta. In addition to handing over donations in the form of cash, groceries, and toys, this event was also enlivened with a cooking class activity to decorate cupcakes with the orphanage children, guided by Chef Gita Mutiara and Chef Fajrin. Blood Donation Activity with Tzu Chi Sinarmas

On December 12, 2024, SLM in collaboration with Tzu Chi Sinarmas held a blood donation activity at Sinarmas Land Plaza, Narwastu Room. This event involved the enthusiasm of SLM employees in supporting the need for blood for people in need. See more here.

Signing Ceremony 4,000HP Fire Fighting ASD Tugboats

On December 18, 2024, SLM carried out the Signing Ceremony for the construction of 4 units of 4,000HP Fire Fighting ASD Tugboats with Jiangsu Zhenjiang Shipyard. This project is an important milestone in the development of SLM’s fleet, with specifications of vessels that have superior maneuverability and bollard pull up to 51 tons. See more here.
